  • We connect you with subject matter experts (CAs, CSs, Lawyers) to fulfill your compliance needs.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the outcome of government approvals (e.g., Trademark objections or Company Name rejection by MCA), as these depend on statutory authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure seamless service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information/documents required for registration or filing.

  • Timely payment of professional fees and government duties.

  • We are not responsible for any penalties, rejections, or liabilities arising from incorrect information provided by you.

4. Payments & Government Fees

  • Professional Fees: Must be paid in advance to initiate any service.

  • Government Fees/Stamp Duty: These are separate from our professional fees. Any changes in government fees during the process must be borne by the Client.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed only if the service has not been initiated by our team. Once the work has commenced or documents have been drafted, fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Finwise Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Government Portal Delays: Any delay caused by the downtime or technical glitches of government websites (e.g., MCA, GST, Income Tax Portal).

  • Third-Party Losses: Any loss of business, profits, or data arising from the use of our services.

  • Rejections: Rejection of applications by government authorities due to non-compliance or eligibility issues on the Client’s part.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We take your data privacy seriously. All personal and business documents shared with us are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of completing your service request. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and software on this website are the property of Finwise Hub.

  • You retain ownership of the specific documents (e.g., Incorporation Certificate, Deeds) created for your business.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (e.g., providing fraudulent documents or using the service for illegal activities).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City or State.
